Support Pricing

Support pricing is based on a monthly rate and requires a three month rolling commitment. Ad-hoc hourly rates are as per project pricing. The hours represent the total including members of the backup teams time where called, and will be listed in an itemized invoice based on logs captured by the team. You may adjust the days expected as and when you prefer with a months notice.

1+ day per week @A$900.00 per day (8-12 hrs max per week) A$3,900 per month.

2+days per week @A850.00 per day (16-20 hrs max per week) A$7,366 per month.

3+ day per week @A$750.00 per day (24-30 hrs max per week) A$9,750 per month.

4+days per week @A650.00 per day (32-40 hrs max per week) A$11,266 per month.

5+days per week @A550.00 per day (40-52 hrs max per week) A11,916 per month.

All work is managed through a Project Management system and all clients will receive a complete report detailing spend, recommendations for enhancement, detailed logs on each issue resolved, open issues and problem issues. A weekly support meeting is available for 4+ day per week engagements, fortnightly for 3 day engagement and monthly for 1-2 day per week engagements.
