When Pascal Brenner heard that his long time business partner had to leave the business in 2007 due to personal reasons he realised he would have to take on the complete role of business management of the company they both started in 2000 personally, and reduce the time he could spend on the work he enjoys most, data warehouse architecture. For the next 2 years he continued to build and grow the brand, including setting up intenrational presences in Canada and Europe. However the desire to return to his first love kept him looking for a solution to the business management dilemma.

At the same time as this was occuring, Julian Tintinger and Jon Searle were building the Triatin brand in Melbourne. In fact they collaborated many times, as Julian and Pascal have a long history of working together. Accounts like National Australia Bank benefited from this relationship significantly. But Jon and Julian also faced a dilemma. 95% of Triatins revenue came from Business Intelligence consulting, but the company vision was to be a managment and services company for small to medium businesses. How could it rationalise its dependance on Business Intelligence revenue?

Fast forward to April 2009 and a phone call from Pascal. "You let me get on with what I like and Triatin can manage the eVolition brand as its own!" Of course it was not that easy - aquiring the systems and integrating the business processes has been quite a challenge. We have lost and gained good people during the transition and have had all of the typical integration issues when two companies combine. But we have made it, and are now forging ahead to service the Australian market with industry leading Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse support. And with our new SAP partnerhsip we are certified to supply Business Objects SAP clients directly with support backed by the full weight of SAP.
