We design a project plan with detailed technical steps to produce a solution and we use that as your quote. 

We resource the plan with our onshore based team and send the details to you. We work onshore primarily, unless one of our team has to travel. 

Yes, you can take our plan and use it without engaging us. However, our rates are available to you on this site, and you may find we are cheaper than resourcing even inhouse teams.

We allocate the team to you and they share the load – a senior is available to solve issues needing experience, additional mid tier skills are available to ensure continuity and a junior may be available for low skills requirements and to gain experience. 

We track the burn rate through the project as our team log the time and move towards completing tasks and ultimate the solution. You are able to read our reports as and when needed. No surprises.
